Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score outputs, compare images and videos to judge adherence to prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, motion problems, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
