Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, assess fidelity, and write concise explanations in English. Join a global team evaluating frontier AI systems and improving real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
