Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing. The work helps improve AI systems and supports frontier research.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos, rating adherence, quality, and realism, and provide concise explanations in English. Flexible hours and remote work are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to what was seen or heard and why.
