Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank how natural and useful each exchange sounds, and explain in writing what looked off.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence, then provide written explanations from home on your own schedule. As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your reviews help steer frontier AI research toward better real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to describe issues clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and spot problems like artifacts or misalignment.
• Write a detailed, evidence-based explanation of what was observed.
