Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare images and videos to judge prompt compliance, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your insights shape how AI systems reason and improve. You will contribute to evaluation loops that translate frontier research into practical AI performance gains.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough review.
• Comfortable speaking and thinking on your feet.
• Experience writing concise explanations.

Responsabilités

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for artifacts, flicker, or misalignment and explain issues in writing.
• Write specific English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard.
