Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. Roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, then explain what looked off in writing.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn. You’ll review outputs and provide precise feedback from multiple perspectives to improve AI performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining positions clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, or mismatches.
• Writing detailed explanations in English that point to observed issues.
