Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, rate responses, and compare images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.

You’ll articulate in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule. By joining Outlier, you help shape how AI systems reason and learn, contributing to research that translates into real-world performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write a concise English explanation of what was observed and why it scored as it did.
