Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will role-play live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English that points to observed issues.
