Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, holding live conversations with an AI voice model and scoring each exchange. You will compare generated images and videos to judge which follows prompts better, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear writing and everyday conversational speech.
- Strong attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in.
- Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
- Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
Responsibilities
- Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
- Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
- Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
- Rating outputs across dimensions and writing detailed English explanations.
