HostGPO, Inc. seeks a systems-minded marketer to own and optimize HubSpot, build scalable workflows, maintain clean data, and translate analytics into actionable insights that boost acquisition, retention, and revenue.

The role emphasizes AI-powered operations, agentic workflows, and staying current with the AI landscape. You’ll drive improvements across the funnel, support paid campaigns, and build documentation for scalable marketing systems.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or CRM management.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, lists, reporting, and automation.
• Experience with Claude Cowork or comparable AI desktop/automation tools.

Mansioni

• Build and optimize HubSpot workflows across lifecycle stages.
• Manage segmentation, automation, and campaign execution inside HubSpot.
• Maintain clean properties, data structure, and scalable CRM processes.
• Help launch and track campaigns effectively.
