XILO, a vertical AI company serving the insurance industry, is hiring an SDR to front the growth engine. You will partner with an Account Executive to reach insurance brokerages across the U.S., qualify them, and book demos that convert into revenue.

This is a high-volume outbound role focused on speaking with agency owners and executives who actually drive buying decisions. You’ll run a high-volume outbound cadence, build prospect lists, engage top brokerages, and collaborate with your AE on

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume outbound sales and demos.
• Ability to identify decision-makers within brokerages.
• Comfort handling objections and pushback.
• Fast learner with interest in AI and insurance space.
• Accountability for numbers and results.

Responsabilités

• Run high-volume outbound dialing (~200 dials/day) on a power dialer.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
• Initiate conversations with executives at large brokerages.
• Engage multiple contacts within accounts; re-engage as needed.
• Sit in on AE calls to sharpen pitch and handoff quality.
