Job summary

Vega is seeking an SDR to drive the outbound engine and generate enterprise-level insurance AI solutions. You will collaborate with leadership and Account Executives to build pipeline, refine messaging, and scale the playbook. New York City office is used four days a week to foster collaboration and quick decision-making.

You should have 1–2+ years in SDR or similar GTM roles, thrive in fast-paced startups, and be excited by AI-driven insurance modernization and fast growth toward AE leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in SDR, business development, or other performance-driven GTM role with outbound pipeline experience.
• Ability to prospect quickly, handle rejection, and move opportunities to ARR.

Responsibilities

• Target and engage carriers and MGAs to generate high-value pipeline.
• Own outbound motion end-to-end: cold calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, events.
• Build and expand ICP across the commercial insurance landscape.
