Job summary

Sierra is building production-grade AI agents that power real-world customer interactions across industries. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of developing, deploying, and refining AI agents in production, collaborating with large enterprises and startups to drive real business impact.

You’ll influence the evolution of Sierra’s core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tooling, and partnering with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling production AI systems.
• Ownership of the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to production.
• Ability to work directly with customers to understand needs and solve problems.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive problem solving and fast iteration in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents powering business outcomes.
• Own ADLC from pilot through deployment and iteration.
• Partner with enterprises and startups to scale AI agents across operations.
• Shape Sierra’s platform with customer feedback and future-proof tools.
