Job summary
Sierra AI in San Francisco is seeking an experienced product engineer to join our in-person team. You will build production AI-powered products, lead full-stack solutions, and mentor other engineers in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment.
You will contribute to simulation platforms, no-code tools for guiding AI agents, and the agent development lifecycle, using Go and TypeScript. We value design sense, ownership, and the ability to ship impactful software.
Qualifications
- 4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Experience building AI-powered products.
- Experience building full-stack solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Leadership experience on technical projects or teams.
- Experience with Go or TypeScript is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build simulation platform to test AI agents against real-world scenarios.
- Create intuitive, no-code tools that allow users to guide and test AI agents.
- Adapt traditional software development methodologies to AI agents’ non-deterministic behavior and language interactions.
- Develop generative tools and self-improving systems based on real-world interactions and feedback.
