You will explore data with Explorer-like tools and implement proactive monitoring for defects and patterns, working with Go and Typescript; join a company that values craftsmanship, trust, and customer obsession.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems.
• Experience and comfort to build and ship full-stack solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Experimentation: Build a system for analyzing and visualizing millions of data points about agent performance.
• Data Exploration: Build Explorer, the equivalent of ChatGPT + AI-powered clustering over conversational data.
• Monitoring: Build systems for proactively monitoring agents for defects or new patterns.
