IBM is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate project teams for our quality organization, delivering AI-infused management features for hybrid cloud solutions. You will define metrics, drive direction, and manage performance to meet client expectations.

In this role you will collaborate with architects, DevOps, operations, product executives, and Offering Managers in a multi-disciplinary squad, emphasizing clear communication, self-starting initiative, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge in one or more of the following professional/technical areas.
• Experience in program management within a Quality organization.
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation).
• Self-starter, ability to work on their own.
• Artificial Intelligence, Excel, PowerPoint, and creating training media experience preferred.
• Demonstrated high-level computer/server knowledge (hardware and software) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborative Development: Work closely with Architects, DevOps Engineers, site operations, product executives, and Offering Managers in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary squad environment.
• Employee Engagement: Drive developer and employee engagement through customized programs and initiatives to create an engaging and exciting workplace.
