Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Engagement Lead / Associate Director, IT to own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML initiatives, align technology with product strategy, and lead a distributed engineering team across the globe.

You will supervise architecture, microservices, and cloud deployments, ensuring modular, configurable, service-based implementations while driving SAFe-aligned delivery and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software development with system architecture focus.
• Strong background in application development and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to AI technologies (ML, NLP, OCR) and end-to-end delivery.
• Knowledge of Git, Jira; cloud hosting (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile principles; SAFe experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accountability and ownership for AI/ML initiatives end-to-end.
• Define and contribute to product strategy and roadmap from a technology perspective.
• Lead engineering to build products per specs and best practices on time.
• Plan releases and sprints with product owners and scrum teams; commit to teams.
• Educate stakeholders on capabilities, best practices, and engineering management.
