Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end development of complex software initiatives. The role requires steering projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality and on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years business and IT experience; deep knowledge of project management, IT Standards & financial management; good knowledge of business process analysis & design, IT Architecture, technical standards and GxP requirements; proven leadership & organizational change management skills; good negotiation and supplier management skills; ability to navigate in a complex organization; dealing with ambiguity
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant IT experience with at least 3 years of project management experience
• Experience delivering AI, GenAI, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience managing AI-driven automation, knowledge management, and productivity initiatives
• Strong understanding of .NET, Java programming concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Establish project plan and mobilization by confirming scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities
• Monitor and control execution of projects through Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Release
• Establish project governance, managing risks and issues
• Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources
• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services
• Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools
• Provide project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation
• Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope
• Lead and manage the development of projects from start to finish including gathering requirements, creating plans, tracking progress, and managing risks
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends through conferences, blogs, and courses
