Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to join the Automation and AI Enablement team. You will lead AI use-case identification, drive end-to-end AI initiatives, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver value while managing risk and governance across the program.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, executive-ready reporting, and staying ahead of AI trends. A strong PM background and understanding of responsible AI are essential for success in this COE environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing project meetings, dashboards, and request pipelines.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies, responsible AI principles, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience developing AI use cases.
• Strong organizational, change management and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience preparing executive-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, prioritization, and sequencing of new AI use cases.
• Coordinate the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from intake through deployment.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and AI use cases and to deliver AI-enabled solutions to meet operational challenges.
• Track initiative status, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Support vendor onboarding and contract coordination.
• Ensure consistent project documentation and post-implementation reviews.
• Support executive presentations and leadership updates.
• Build clear narratives on AI value, risks, and progress.
• Stay current with AI trends, tools and regulatory developments.
