Job summary

Databook is the AI guided selling platform and decision-support system built for enterprise GTM teams. This role centers on managing a portfolio of clients and partnering with sales leaders in leading tech and consulting firms to accelerate business growth through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities range from onboarding new customers and enablement to tailored AI solution delivery, workflow optimization, and driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and renewal rates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy and operations, with at least 3 years at a top-tier strategy firm or Big 4 strategy practice.
• C-Suite and Boardroom presence: engaging with executives at high levels.
• Deep RevOps and technology expertise across CRM, CMS, ABM, and Sales Intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and the Sales SaaS/AI tech domain.
• Strategic and operational agility with hands-on execution.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and enable customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Deliver tailored AI solutions and optimize customer workflows for value.
• Lead post-sale delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure go-live readiness.
• Build executive relationships and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify new agentic patterns for GTM.
