Job summary

Parallel Web Systems seeks a leader to head its AI-native sales team, owning discovery and closing cycles with technical buyers. You’ll craft the playbook for selling into agents and LLM-driven stacks, coach new reps, and scale the team as pipeline grows, partnering with recruiting and GTM to optimize segmentation.

You will be accountable for pipeline coverage, ramp time, and win rates across the team, not just your own results, working in a fast-moving AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Led a sales team for at least 3 years in AI-native or fast-moving tech environment.
• Sold to technical buyers—founders, engineers, ML leads—and can discuss LLMs/agents.
• Built pipeline and coaching rhythms to scale performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Parallel's AI-native sales team and manage discovery and closing cycles.
• Develop and optimize playbooks to sell into teams using agents and LLMs.
