Job summary

Parallel is seeking a leader to head its AI-native sales team based in our SF Bay Area offices. You will own pipeline, coach reps, and close deals with founders, engineers, and ML leads. You’ll craft a scalable playbook for selling into teams already building with agents and LLMs.

This role requires 3+ years leading sales in AI-forward environments, comfort with LLMs, and the ability to adapt to rapid shifts in product and market. Join a fast-moving, high-impact GTM team.

Qualifications

• Led a sales team for at least 3 years in AI-native or fast-moving tech.
• Sold to founders, engineers, ML leads and discussed LLMs/agents.
• Able to build and scale pipeline while coaching reps.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline coverage, ramp time, and win rates across the team.
• Lead discovery and closing cycles with technical buyers.
• Build playbooks for selling into teams using agents and LLMs.
• Partner with Recruiting and GTM leaders to scale the team.
