The candidate should bring 15+ years in enterprise data/analytics and strong CP G/Retail domain knowledge, with a track record of high-impact client engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise Data Engineering/Advanced analytics experience.
• Proven ability to drive client relationships and sales/pre-sales activities.
• CPG/Retail domain knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think on feet and collaborate across business and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategically drive growth in named CPG accounts in close synergy with capability and consulting teams and own client relationship, sales and margin targets by representing Fractal in key accounts.
• Position Fractal solutions to meet client requirements and become a trusted advisor for services by effectively managing multi-threaded client relationships including senior client stakeholders.
• Use knowledge of CPG industry, technology, processes, and consultative selling to educate clients on value of our business and implementation expertise.
• Build in-depth knowledge of clients' business priorities, challenges and initiatives that translate into opportunities.
• Proactively drive business development and pre-sales initiatives leveraging industry and technology expertise.
• Demonstrate ability to advance sales campaigns in a needs-based, participative fashion including workshops and cross-functional engagement.
