Job summary

BCG X is seeking growth architects to incubate growth thinking across ventures, aligning product, marketing, and technology. You will design and deploy AI-powered workflows, validate ideas quickly, and drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven experiments.

You will prototype agentic media strategies, optimize spend, and translate insights into scalable growth initiatives across digital products and services.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or agency.
• Strong AI-forward mindset with hands-on use of AI tools for marketing proof-of-concepts.
• Super-user fluency with agentic tools across media, measurement, and content.
• Understanding of end-to-end core marketing processes with ability to redesign around agentic workflows.
• Experience configuring automation and agentic marketing platforms (e.g., n8n, SuperAGI, Agentforce, Netcore).
• Hands-on experience with modern agentic analytics and semantic-layer tools (e.g., Mitzu, Ask Amplitude, Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot).
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and exposing APIs/DBs to LLMs?
• Experience with paid media tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Entrepreneurial spirit to shape growth initiatives and company.
• Bachelor's or Master's in marketing, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign core marketing workflows end-to-end with agentic tools.
• Build lightweight agentic proofs-of-concept for media, measurement, and content use cases.
• Orchestrate agent-to-agent marketing campaigns for autonomous AI collaboration.
• Deploy MCP to connect marketing agents with live data sources.
• Own input on growth strategy, execution, and optimization for a digital business.
• Contribute to multi-channel growth strategy based on product needs.
• Define, execute, and analyze A/B and multi-variant tests.
• Collaborate with growth team on market viability tests.
• Prepare growth strategy documents, frameworks, and guidelines.
• Convert insights into action from ideation to execution.
• Define and validate KPIs like cost-per-metric, retention, ROI, and LTV.
• Be agile, iterative, and pursue unexploited growth opportunities.
