Job summary

BCG X is seeking Growth Architects to incubate growth thinking across ventures, from ideation to customer adoption, leveraging AI-powered, agentic workflows. You will design and deploy growth strategies spanning product, marketing, and tech, delivering rapid experimentation and scalable results.

You will lead multi‑channel growth initiatives, build proof‑of‑concepts with AI tools, and define KPI measures to drive ROI and LTV across digital products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing and user acquisition.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to build proof-of-concepts for real marketing use cases.
• Familiarity with agentic marketing workflows and modern automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign marketing workflows end-to-end using agentic tools.
• Build lightweight agentic proofs-of-concept for media, measurement, and content with Claude.
• Orchestrate agent-to-agent (a2a) marketing campaigns to optimize media spend and content generation.
• Deploy the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect marketing agents with live data sources.
• Own input on growth strategy, execution, and optimization for digital businesses.
• Define, execute, and analyze multi-channel growth tests and KPI framework.
