Job summary

BCG X is seeking a Growth Architect to incubate growth thinking across ventures, from ideation to customer adoption. You will evolve growth marketing with AI-powered, agentic workflows and cross‑functional collaboration across product, marketing and technology teams.

You will design and deploy agile growth experiments, define KPIs, and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention using modern analytics and paid media tools.

Qualifications

• AI-forward mindset with hands-on PoC building for marketing use cases.
• Proficiency with agentic tools across media, measurement, content.
• Understanding of end-to-end marketing processes and redesigns.
• Experience configuring automation platforms and APIs.
• Familiarity with GEO, SEM, DSPs and programmatic display.

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign marketing workflows end-to-end.
• Build lightweight agentic PoCs for media, measurement, content.
• Orchestrate agent-to-agent campaigns for optimization.
• Connect marketing agents to live data via MCP.
• Define and execute multi-channel growth strategies and tests.
• Prepare growth strategy docs and KPI definitions.
