Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or agency.
• AI-forward mindset with hands-on proof-of-concepts for marketing use cases.
• Fluency with agentic tools across media, measurement, and content.
• Understanding of end-to-end marketing processes redesigned around agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign core marketing workflows end-to-end.
• Build agentic proof-of-concepts for media, measurement, and content.
• Orchestrate marketing campaigns for autonomous AI agents.
• Connect marketing agents with live enterprise data sources using MCP.
• Own input on growth strategy, execution, and optimization for digital ventures.
• Define and validate KPI including CAC, retention, ROI, and LTV.
• Develop market viability tests and growth strategy documents.
