Job summary

BCG X in Seattle seeks a Growth Architect to incubate growth thinking across ventures, ideating and validating AI-powered marketing strategies. You will design and deploy agentic workflows that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, spanning product, marketing, and tech functions.

With 2–4 years in industry or consulting, you will leverage tools like MCP, n8n, SuperAGI, and paid media platforms to test ideas quickly, measure outcomes, and guide growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or agency.
• Hands-on proficiency using AI tools to build proof-of-concepts for marketing use cases.
• Super-user fluency with agentic tools across media, measurement, and content.
• Understanding of core marketing processes end-to-end with ability to redesign around agentic workflows.
• Experience configuring automation and agentic marketing platforms (e.g., n8n, SuperAGI, Agentforce, Netcore).
• Hands-on experience with modern agentic analytics and semantic-layer tools (e.g., Mitzu, Ask Amplitude, Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot).
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and exposing APIs to LLMs.
• Experience with paid media tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign growth workflows end-to-end.
• Build lightweight agentic proofs-of-concept for media, measurement, and content.
• Orchestrate agent-to-agent marketing campaigns for optimized spend and content.
• Deploy MCP to connect marketing agents with live data sources.
• Own input on growth strategy, execution, and optimization for a digital business.
• Contribute to multi-channel growth strategy based on product needs.
• Define and run A/B and multi-variant tests.
• Prepare growth strategy documents and guidelines for internal/external use.
• Convert insights into action from ideation to execution.
• Define and validate KPIs like CAC, retention, ROI, and LTV.
• Be agile, pursuing new growth opportunities relentlessly.
