Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or agency.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools to build proofs-of-concept for marketing use cases.
• Super-user fluency with agentic tools across media, measurement, and content.

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign core marketing workflows end-to-end with agentic tools.
• Build lightweight agentic proofs-of-concept for media, measurement, and content use cases.
• Orchestrate agent-to-agent marketing campaigns and optimize spend and content generation.
• Deploy MCP to connect marketing agents with live data sources.
• Own input on growth strategy, execution, and channel diversification.
• Define, execute, and analyze A/B and multi-variant tests.
• Prepare growth strategy documents and guidelines for internal/external use.
• Translate insights into action across ideation to execution.
