Job summary

BCG X seeks Growth Architects to incubate growth thinking across ventures from ideation to customer adoption. You will evolve growth marketing practices by designing and deploying AI-powered, agentic workflows spanning product, marketing, and tech to drive customer acquisition and retention.

You will lead end-to-end marketing design, test-and-learn experiments, and cross-functional collaboration to rapidly validate and scale new ventures while leveraging BCG’s global network and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or agency.
• AI-forward mindset with hands-on proficiency using AI tools for marketing use cases.
• Super-user fluency with agentic tools across media, measurement, and content.
• Understanding of end-to-end core marketing processes and ability to redesign around agentic workflows.
• Experience configuring automation and agentic marketing platforms (e.g., n8n, SuperAGI, Agentforce, Netcore).
• Hands-on experience with modern agentic analytics and semantic-layer tools (e.g., Mitzu, Ask Amplitude, Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot).
• Understanding of MCP and how to securely expose APIs and databases to LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with paid media tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Proven track record of personal success and ambitious undertakings.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to help shape growth initiatives and the company.

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign growth workflows end-to-end, identifying agentic automation opportunities.
• Build lightweight agentic proof-of-concepts for media, measurement, and content use cases.
• Orchestrate agent-to-agent campaigns to optimize media spend and content generation.
• Deploy MCP to connect marketing agents with live enterprise data sources.
• Own input on growth strategy, execution, and optimization for digital businesses.
• Contribute to multi-channel growth strategy based on product needs.
• Define, execute, and analyze A/B and multi-variant tests.
• Collaborate with growth team on market viability tests.
• Prepare growth strategy documents, frameworks, and guidelines for internal/external use.
• Transform insights into action from ideation to execution for customer acquisition.
