Job summary

BCG X is seeking a Growth Architect to infuse agentic marketing workflows across ventures, from ideation to customer adoption. You will design growth-centric strategies, run rapid tests, and translate insights into scalable actions across product, marketing, and technology.

The role emphasizes building AI-powered proofs-of-concept, optimizing campaigns, and shaping roadmaps for digital businesses. Travel may be required while delivering impact.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or agency
• AI-forward mindset with hands-on use of AI tools for marketing use cases
• Super-user fluency with agentic tools across media, measurement and content

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign core marketing workflows end-to-end, identifying where agentic tools can replace or accelerate manual processes
• Build lightweight agentic proof-of-concepts for media, measurement, and content use cases using Claude, leveraging Claude Skills to execute complex tasks
• Orchestrate agent-to-agent (a2a) marketing campaigns where autonomous AI agents collaborate to optimize media spend and content generation
• Deploy the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to seamlessly connect marketing agents with live enterprise data sources
• Own input on growth strategy, execution, and optimization for one of our digital businesses
• Provide input into multi-channel growth strategy based on product needs
• Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests
• Work with the growth team to implement market viability tests
• Prepare growth strategy documents, frameworks, and guidelines for internal and external use
• Convert insights into action, see the customer acquisition process through from ideation to execution
• Define and validate core KPIs, such as cost-per metrics, retention, ROI, and LTV to drive the business
• Be agile and iterative, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity
