Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking Growth Architects to incubate growth thinking across ventures, deploying AI-powered, agentic workflows from ideation to customer adoption. You will design and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging innovative tools to validate and scale ventures, with a focus on data-driven decision making and rapid test-and-learn cycles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or agency.
• An AI-forward mindset with hands-on proof-of-concepts using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign core marketing workflows end-to-end, identify where agentic tools can replace or accelerate manual processes.
• Build lightweight agentic proofs-of-concepts for media, measurement, and content use cases.
• Orchestrate agent-to-agent marketing campaigns where autonomous AI agents collaborate to optimize media spend and content generation.
• Deploy MCP to connect marketing agents with live enterprise data sources.
• Own input on growth strategy, execution, and optimization for one of our digital businesses.
• Provide input into multi-channel growth strategy based on product needs.
• Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests.
• Work with growth team to implement market viability tests.
• Prepare growth strategy documents, frameworks, and guidelines for internal and external use.
• Convert insights into action from ideation to execution.
