Job summary

Clario, a consumer-focused company, seeks an AI-Driven Growth Manager to lead R&D and launch a subscription-based product. You will own the end-to-end growth cycle, integrating performance marketing, the web funnel, monetization, and product value in a highly autonomous role.

In this early-stage, you will orchestrate multi-agent workflows, drive experiments, and shape scalable unit economics while owning P&L for new offerings. A fast-paced, data-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product marketing, growth or performance marketing in B2C markets.
• Ability to thrive in an AI-driven, multi-agent delivery environment.
• Strong performance marketing know-how with emphasis on Meta Ads.
• Hands-on growth strategy for B2C products targeting US/Europe.
• Experience owning P&L responsibilities.
• Strong analytics: heavy data interpretation and deriving actions.
• Proven track record in designing/executing experiments and AB tests.
• Business-first mindset focused on measurable value.
• Sharp problem-solving with data-driven decisions.
• Comfort with fast-changing environments and end-to-end ownership.
• Curiosity for leveraging AI tools and automation to scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creation of a new subscription-based solution from R&D to scaling all components.
• Orchestrate the full customer lifecycle via the AARRR framework to connect marketing and product value.
• Be responsible for P&L performance and key growth metrics for new products.
• Collaborate with META and creative production to scale user acquisition through automation and AI tools.
• Build and optimize the web funnel and monetization through hypotheses and tests.
• Analyze product and marketing performance and pursue scalable growth loops.
