Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Designer, Subscriptions, to lead design efforts across a high-visibility platform used by billions. You will translate broad concepts into usable, scalable experiences, shaping flows and visual systems while partnering with PMs, engineers, and researchers to deliver before launch.

You will mentor colleagues, drive design roadmap decisions, and apply AI-enabled approaches to optimize workflows and ensure measurable impact for business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience designing complex software products with UX, interaction, and visual design focus.
• Experience conducting complex research studies to drive growth through design-led innovation.
• Experience leading end-to-end development with Cross Functional Partners and design roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects of large or ambiguous scope.
• Turn broad ideas into useful experiences for 2B2 users.
• Design flows that simplify complex actions into intuitive interfaces.
• Create new visual systems and evolve existing layouts.
• Contribute to strategic direction of FB products.
• Mentor and solicit feedback from designers and product teams.
