Clarvos is seeking a customer-facing Performance Optimization advocate to own the full lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding, partnering with the Performance Media Manager team for ongoing optimization. The role blends business development, sales, customer success, and performance marketing to deliver a seamless experience for brands using our AI-powered platform.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5+ years in AdTech, MarTech, or performance marketing.
• Experience prospecting, pipeline development, and account growth.
• Proven ability to deliver consultative sales presentations and demos.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and metrics.
• Experience with Meta Pixels, CAPI, and ad platform activations.
• Comfortable presenting to founders, CEOs, and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the customer lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding and activation.
• Deliver personalized product demos and build demo environments.
• Configure workspaces, launch campaigns, and hand off accounts for ongoing management.
• Develop audience strategies and campaign structures with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered recommendations and automation features.
• Capture feedback and support product, engineering, and marketing improvements.
