Enertiv is hiring a Solutions Engineer for the US remote role with Colorado-based preference. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Managers to win and expand high-value commercial real estate accounts, handling technical discovery, demos, RFPs, and negotiations.

An AI-first mindset will help automate workflows and ensure accurate CRM data. You will join sales calls as a trusted technical resource, with a focus on solutions across building management, ESG reporting, tenant billing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, project delivery, or engineering services in hardware-enabled SaaS/IoT environments.
• Strong command of project management tools, CRM dashboards, and data reporting platforms.
• Effective working style across executive leadership, sales, and operations.
• Proven ability to propose solutions within an enterprise sales process.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer scenarios and tailor demos to solve specific outcomes.
• Own quoting and proposal generation, including modules, hardware, and integrations.
• Lead RFP responses and technical documentation.
• Maintain pricing discipline and minimize change orders.
• Forecast accurately and keep CRM records clean.
