Job summary

Boulevard is seeking an SEO/AEO Manager to own and optimize Boulevard’s organic presence across traditional and AI-driven discovery. You will lead technical SEO, content strategy, and structured data, while partnering with Content, Web, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing and Analytics to translate visibility into pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO with accountability for organic traffic and pipeline metrics.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO including schema, Core Web Vitals, crawl and indexing.
• Experience building AEO strategy and measuring AI visibility and citations.
• Proven track record owning SEO end-to-end and partnering with content/web teams.
• Strong content/keyword instincts and ability to guide editorial roadmaps.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting for organic channels.
• Experience with tracking/attribution in Marketing Ops and Analytics.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Web, Product Marketing, Growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SEO program including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, internal linking and link building.
• Lead technical SEO: site architecture, structured data/schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawl health.
• Build and evolve Boulevard’s AEO strategy and AI-first content formatting for AI Overviews and citations.
• Conduct keyword research, entity mapping and intent analysis to guide content roadmaps.
• Monitor rankings, clicks, impressions and AI-driven metrics; recommend improvements.
• Build dashboards and reports to communicate organic performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Analytics to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
• Coordinate with Brand, Web/Engineering, Product Marketing and Growth on roadmaps.
