You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement advanced strategies, drive visibility, and ensure alignment with broader marketing and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise SEO experience; agency experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading traditional SEO and AEO initiatives in AI-driven search environments.
• Experience with AI Overviews, structured data, and schema implementation.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead holistic search strategy development including traditional SEO, AEO, and AI search optimization.
• Develop strategies to capture AI Overviews, Featured Snippets, People Also Ask, and zero-click experiences.
• Drive entity-based optimization to strengthen brand authority and knowledge graph presence.
• Collaborate with content, analytics, UX, and product teams to align SEO with omnichannel goals.
• Monitor AI search trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Develop reporting frameworks for traditional traffic, zero-click engagement, and AI visibility.
