Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Principal on the Delivery Strategy & Transformation (DST) team to set the direction for how Global Technology delivers AI-driven products and software. This senior individual contributor role operates across CIO organizations, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and Architecture, shaping an AI-first operating model with end-to-end accountability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks in enterprise delivery.
• 10+ years in enterprise technology delivery or enterprise architecture.
• Executive-grade written and verbal communication.
• Deep knowledge of flow-based delivery systems and modern Agile (SAFe, Lean, Kanban).
• Experience designing governance for AI-assisted delivery in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first delivery initiatives across CIO organizations and enterprise platforms.
• Own end-to-end agenda for assigned enterprise initiatives with roadmap and adoption plans.
• Define path for undefined problems with named owners and sequencing.
• Present options with cost, risk, capacity, and sequencing to GT senior leaders.
• Ensure GitHub Enterprise and agentic SDLC platform productivity in practice.
• Collaborate with CIOs, Enterprise DevSecOps, and Architecture to evolve operating models.
• Shape controls, guardrails, and evidence model for AI-enabled delivery with Risk, Audit, Legal.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, and transition activities for DST products.
