New York Life Insurance Co. is seeking a senior Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery excellence within the Customer & Field Service Experience ART, part of the Service Experience Value Stream.

You will guide multiple Agile teams to improve predictability, remove impediments, and elevate Agile practices across the program. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of enterprise Agile leadership, deep SAFe/Scrum/Kanban knowledge, and strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or RTE leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and their application in complex delivery environments.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally) and using delivery metrics to assess and improve performance.
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach multiple Agile teams to deliver against the Value Stream roadmap - driving alignment, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Technology leadership to plan, prioritize, and deliver value in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) while reinforcing best practices that optimize team performance.
• Identify and proactively resolve delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, and systemic blockers that impact flow and predictability.
• Analyze delivery data and key metrics (velocity, predictability, quality) to drive insights and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a thought leader and coach in Agile and SAFe practices, fostering a culture of transparency, empowerment, and learning.
• Collaborate closely with other Scrum Masters, RTEs, and functional leads to evolve processes and scale delivery excellence across the ART.
