Cardinal Health’s Biopharma Solutions leads an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform. You will champion a data-driven product strategy to optimize profitability for community specialty practices, formulary decisions, and drug purchasing.

This role focuses on buy-and-bill margins, ASP-impact analysis, and end-to-end product development across clinical and financial data domains.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management experience.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, including ASP impact.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous product discovery.
• Excellent communication and influence across engineering, sales, marketing, and executives.
• Direct experience with complex clinical, transactional, or contract datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap for an AI-first financial intelligence platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, and ASP modeling.
• Bridge clinical and financial data across platforms to deliver integrated analytics.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle with a prioritized agile backlog.
• Capture VOC via CABs and collaboration with community clinics to ensure product-market fit.
