Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management experience, with a track record shipping data-heavy enterprise analytics or B2B SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, ASP impact, and formulary dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive vision and execution for an AI-first analytics platform using predictive modeling and automation.
• Optimize Practice Economics & RCM: Define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, and ASP/reimbursement modeling.
• Drive Platform & Dataset Synergies: Bridge clinical and financial data across product lines for integrated analytics solutions.
• Execute with Product Excellence: Own end-to-end product development, write user stories, maintain backlog.
• Amplify the Voice of the Customer (VOC): Partner with clinics and CABs to validate prototypes and ensure product-market fit.
