Cardinal Health's Biopharma Solutions unit is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics to evolve our AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform, optimizing specialty practice profitability and drug purchasing.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across clinical and financial data, shape the platform roadmap, and translate user needs into robust features while working with CABs to ensure rapid product-market fit across oncology, urology,

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management in data-heavy enterprise analytics or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, ASP impact, and formulary dynamics.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous discovery, prototyping, and UX research.
• Excellent communication to align engineering, sales, marketing and executives around a vision.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, Healthcare Admin, or equivalent.
• Healthcare data fluency with clinical, transactional or contract data reconciliation.
• Experience partnering with data scientists on ML/AI workflows.
• Exposure to oncology, urology, rheumatology, or gastroenterology.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmap for an AI-first financial intelligence platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
• Bridge clinical and financial data with other enterprise datasets.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle with prioritized backlogs.
• Engage CABs and clinicians to validate prototypes and ensure market fit.
