Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions. The role drives the evolution of a financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform designed to optimize specialty practice profitability, formulary management, and drug purchasing.

You will champion an AI-first approach to unlock insights from clinical, financial, and contract data, designing advanced scenario modeling tools and predictive margin trackers for oncology,

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management experience with data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and ASP impacts.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum and continuous discovery.
• Excellent communication skills to align engineering, sales, marketing and executives.
• Experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision and execution for an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, and ASP/reimbursement modeling.
• Collaborate across product lines to integrate clinical and financial data with contracts and rebates.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle, writing user stories and maintaining a prioritized backlog.
• Engage with community clinics and CABs to validate prototypes and ensure product-market fit.
