You will lead an AI-first approach, design advanced scenario modeling tools, and collaborate across product lines to unite clinical and financial data with contracts and rebate tracking for a best-in-class

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of software product management experience, preferably in data-heavy commercial analytics or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, Buy and Bill mechanics, and ASP impact.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous product discovery.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: drive AI-first financial analytics platform vision using predictive modeling and automation.
• Optimize Practice Economics & RCM: define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, ASP/reimbursement modeling.
• Drive Platform & Dataset Synergies: connect APA insights with GPO contracts, rebates, and specialty distribution.
• Execute with Product Excellence: own end-to-end development lifecycle, write high-quality user stories, manage agile backlog.
• Amplify VOC: engage with clinics and CABs to validate prototypes and ensure product-market fit.
