Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management experience in data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS preferred.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, Buy and Bill mechanics, and ASP impact.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous discovery, rapid prototyping, and UX research.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to align engineering, sales, and executives around vision.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent practical experience.
• Healthcare data fluency with experience in clinical/financial datasets (claims, remittance, GPO contracts).
• Experience partnering with data scientists to build AI-driven solutions (NLP, ML).

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI-first financial analytics platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, and reimbursement modeling.
• Collaborate across product lines to integrate clinical and financial data with GPO contracts and services.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle and maintain a prioritized agile backlog.
• Engage with customers to validate prototypes and ensure rapid product-market fit.
