Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management experience in data-heavy enterprise analytics or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of specialty healthcare economics, including Buy-and-Bill mechanics and ASP impact.
• Agile/Scrum expert with continuous product discovery and user research.
• Excellent communication to align engineering, sales, marketing, and executives around a shared vision.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, Healthcare Admin, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform vision and execution.
• Optimize Practice Economics & Revenue Cycle Management: Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
• Drive Platform & Dataset Synergies: Collaborate across product lines to connect clinical and financial data.
• Execute with Product Excellence: Own end-to-end development lifecycle, write user stories, maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Amplify the Voice of the Customer: Engage CABs to validate prototypes and ensure product-market fit.
