Puffy, a leading nine-figure D2C brand, seeks a Marketing Manager, AI-First, to own from consumer insight to campaign strategy, including AI-assisted briefs and scripts, plus select strategic partnerships. Remote in the USA, reporting to the Director of Marketing, with direct impact on paid channels and creative output.

You will build briefs and ad scripts that translate shopper needs into resonant campaigns, guiding AI video teams and collaborating across marketing functions to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years marketing experience, incl. 2+ years with D2C e‑commerce brands.
• Ability to develop performance marketing ideas and creative strategies from consumer insights.
• Understand digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google) and Demand Gen.
• Research consumer preferences, buying patterns and trends; translate findings into messaging.
• Strong ad copywriting, scriptwriting and direction to creative teams.
• Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, briefs and scripts.
• Work independently and with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Turn research into relevant campaigns: write briefs and scripts that connect customer needs with product benefits.
• Manage exclusive strategic affiliate partnerships and coordinate activities; review performance with leadership.
• Lead briefs, concepts and ad scripts for AI video generation, design and content teams.
• Collaborate with paid channels to bring assets to market and feed performance feedback.
