Job summary

Inclusively Remote is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to independently own a broad mix of senior stakeholder support, HR projects, and recruitment, while actively leveraging AI to improve HR work. This role is not limited to one track and involves participating in reorganizations, driving HR initiatives, and sourcing candidates for open roles.

You will apply an AI-first mindset to how HR processes and tools evolve, identify automation opportunities, and back up the Global HR team as needed.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on HR experience across business partnership, generalist recruitment, HR project delivery, and advisory.
• Comfortable switching between strategic project work and hands-on tasks including recruitment sourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for a defined set of open roles and build candidate pipelines.
• Conduct interviews from initial screens to active hiring involvement.
• Drive core HR initiatives like talent reviews and pay/transparency directives.
• Apply an AI-first mindset to HR processes and automation, reducing manual work.
• Develop your AI skills and help evolve HR's use of AI tools.
