Job summary

iubenda, a remote-first privacy tech company now part of team.blue, seeks an HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle across a distributed, international workforce. You will report to the Chief People Officer and partner with managers to deliver high-impact HR operations.

The role emphasizes payroll coordination, local labor law compliance, AI-enabled HR processes, and a proactive approach to engagement, salary governance, and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in generalist/HRBP roles.
• Experience across multiple geographies and labor frameworks.
• Strong operational execution and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with AI tools in daily HR tasks.
• Experience in a product/tech company preferred.
• Fluent English; Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle end-to-end: onboarding, day-one readiness, offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll with senior colleagues across jurisdictions.
• Improve HR workflows using AI for speed and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws; draft/review employment contracts.
• Run engagement surveys and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain salary grids and compensation framework aligned with market.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers.
